Hout Bay Tai Chi Kung Fu Team Wins 12 Gold Medals at the South African Championship. The Hout Bay Tai Chi & Kung Fu Team, representing the Western Cape Province, won 12 gold medals, at last week's South African Chinese Kung Fu and Tai Chi championship. Led by chief instructor Sifu Xiong Changsen, who won three gold medals at the championship, team members, Bruno Villers, Clotilde Villers and Jade Thompson also came away with three gold medals each.
