Bodyboarding and skateboarding extravaganza set to return to Hout Bay and Llandudno

The second Cape Town Pro bodyboarding and skateboarding competition returns to Llandudno Beach and Eyethu Skate Park in Victoria Road, Hout Bay, in March, with the bodyboarding due to take place between Friday March 14 and Monday March 24 (10-day window, weather permitting).

As the first official stop on the new South African Bodyboarding (Saba) Tour, the Pro Men’s Division will feature the country’s finest riders showcasing their skills, trading epic tubes and gravity-defying flips for a shot at the R15 000 cash first prize and the prestigious title of Cape Town Pro Champion.

Whether seasoned pro or just starting out, the event caters for everyone such as the newly-introduced Rising Division, aimed at nurturing emerging bodyboarding and skateboarding talent with substantial prize money up for grabs.
