Cleaning up day in Hout Bay

All cleaned up The community came together at Hout Bay Beach on Sunday, May 18, for a clean-up hosted by Rawson Atlantic Seaboard, in partnership with C&A Friedlander Attorneys. The clean-up was supported by local eco-champions Oceans Alive, Friends of the Rivers of Hout Bay, and BlueBay 2030. They also had about 30 children from the Homestead Orphanage, who got stuck into the job and managed to win some prizes and gifts along the way. A bakkie load of rubbish was carted away and a clean beach left behind.
