Bids are invited for the leasing of the following provincial immovable asset:
Erf 116944 Cape Town measuring approximately 3 016m2 in extent and located at 20 Christian Street, District Six, Cape Town for non-residential community purposes for a period of 3 (three) years with an option to renew for a further period of 2 (two) years.
Bids must be submitted on the prescribed bid documents, available for collection from the Department of Infrastructure Tender Office, Walk in Centre, c/o Dorp and Loop Streets, Cape Town.

Bids must be deposited in the tender box of the Walk in Centre, c/o Dorp and Loop Streets, Cape Town no later than 11:00 on April 11, 2025. No late bids will be considered.
After due consideration, the Department reserves the right not to accept any bids received.
