Singer and songwriter Luna Paige will kick off the year with her Oceanic Heart tour in February, which will run until the end of May.
She is known for performing songs while accompanying herself on acoustic guitar and piano.
The tour starts in the Western and Eastern Cape in February and March, after which she will travel to the northern parts of the country in April and May.
On Saturday February 22, Paige will have a special performance for fans in Fish Hoek at Sandi’s Bistro in the Valyland shopping centre. The doors open at 6.30pm and the show starts at 8pm. Tickets cost R250 and include dinner. Booking is essential as space is limited.
In Oceanic Heart, Ms Paige sings about romantic love, love between friends and family, and the deep connection between humans and their animals. She sings about her love of nature, travel, and self-love.
Besides performing her original material, she has selected songs by bands and songwriters who have written songs about their siblings, animals, their love of music, and the long and winding road.
She will perform her version of these popular songs during the show.
Paige has released five English albums, two Afrikaans albums, one SAMA-nominated collaborative album, and multiple singles since 2003.
In October and November last year, she toured nationally with her Tuiskoms/Coming Home tour after spending three months in Europe, which included performances in the Netherlands.
In October this year, she will be touring the Netherlands with a new production, Dreamland. To book tickets or for more information about her show at Sandi’s Bistro, call Sandi at 082 824 1421.
